Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Bar D Construction & Land Services website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Acceptable Use

Use this site for its intended purpose: learning about our services and requesting a quote. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it for commercial resale, submit false or fraudulent requests, or use it to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

Our Content

The text, logo, brand marks, and design on this site belong to Bar D Construction & Land Services or are used with permission. Do not copy, reproduce, or republish them without our written consent.

Photography

Photographs in our project galleries and before-and-after comparisons show work performed by Bar D. Some other photography on this site is licensed stock imagery used to illustrate the type of service described, rather than a specific job we completed. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation that a particular pictured project was built by us unless it appears in a project gallery.

Quotes and Estimates Are Not Contracts

Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract, or a binding price. We do not publish pricing here because the correct number depends entirely on your site, your scope, and current material costs. Any quote we provide is delivered in writing, applies only to the scope described in it, and is valid only for the period stated on it. Work begins only under a signed written agreement between you and Bar D.

No Warranty on Site Content

We keep this site accurate, but it is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the information here is complete, current, or error free, and specifications, availability, and service details can change without notice. Do not rely on this website alone for a decision that matters. Call us and ask.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Bar D Construction & Land Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or your reliance on information found here. This section is about the website. Our obligations for construction work are governed by the written agreement for that work and by our workmanship terms.

Third-Party Links and Services

This site uses Formspree to process form submissions and may link to third-party sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Licensed Trades

Texas does not license general contractors at the state level. Work on our projects that requires a state license, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, is performed by appropriately licensed and insured subcontractors, with permits pulled under the applicable license. See our workmanship and licensing page for detail.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Erath County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
